Olive oil


Olive oil is the natural monounsaturated fat oil; Olive oil is a natural juice which preserves the taste, aroma and vitamins. Olive oil was used in medicines and different ointments. It was also used for nourishment and moisturizer. Olive oil is used not only for cooking but it can be used as home remedies, medicines, cleaning agent, and beauty aid.
Olive oil is essential part of balanced diet. Olive oil is easily absorbed by the system and also easily digested. Olive oil considered as a good fatty acid, protect against bad cholesterol, low blood pressure. Olive oil contains lots of vitamins and nutrients of the olive fruit.
Olive oil is antioxidant oil and it protect against illness, heart disease, skin disease.

Cooking:
Olive oil is used for cooking as a replacement of butter or other oil.

Olive oil is a powerful antioxidant and antibacterial oil. Olive oil used for dry skin, it is a good moisturizer.
