Beauty at Its best!!!!


We generally link Beauty to a beautiful lady or a sexy damsel. But it’s not always true. Many people say that beauty lies in our inner self. Just having a beautiful face or a very slim figure won’t categorize you as Beautiful.
Now, let’s discuss some issues which will help us look beautiful.


  First you need to start getting up early in the morning. Walking or jogging for 1 hour will charge your body. If not possible for 1 hour you can do a brisk walking for 20-25 minutes. It will at least refresh you .
Second, have some fresh fruit juice or Oats for Breakfast. One glass of Pure Milk is also a good option. Remember it should be skimmed!!! Then, Lunch should contain necessary ingredients like bread, cereals, vegetables, eggs etc.
Dinner should be the least heavy of all. Avoid eating Rice and chocolates after noon. You can have vegetable salads, Brown bread and some Nuts will do. Last but not the least…..drink 3-4 liters of water every day. Water helps reflux the toxins from the body and thus help purify the body from toxins.
Looking beautiful from face is not considered as real Beauty. You should feel it from bottom of your heart. Your mind should be Healthy as your Physique. Proper food and regular exercise will help achieve it.
