Olive oil is the natural monounsaturated fat oil; Olive oil is a natural juice which preserves the taste, aroma and vitamins. Olive oil was used in medicines and different ointments. It was also used for nourishment and moisturizer. Olive oil is used not only for cooking but it can be used as home remedies, medicines, cleaning agent, and beauty aid.
Olive oil is essential part of balanced diet. Olive oil is easily absorbed by the system and also easily digested. Olive oil considered as a good fatty acid, protect against bad cholesterol, low blood pressure. Olive oil contains lots of vitamins and nutrients of the olive fruit.
Olive oil is antioxidant oil and it protect against illness, heart disease, skin disease.

Cooking:
Olive oil is used for cooking as a replacement of butter or other oil.
 
Dry skin:
Olive oil is a powerful antioxidant and antibacterial oil. Olive oil used for dry skin, it is a good moisturizer.
 
Home remedies:
Olive Oil use for Reducing blood pressure, cancer controller, blood sugar controller, used for severity of asthma and arthritis, helps in weight loss.

Olive oil keeps bones healthy and strong, it supports joints, circulatory system.

Olive oil contain number of vitamins like vitamin E and K,which destroy skin supple, smooth and fresh, it removes radicals in the body.

Beauty Tips For Beautiful Eyes.



 Eyes are the most attractive and complex sensory organs of our face. They convey all of our feelings to others without speaking a word. Eyes look pretty with their shape or size. Our vision is one of those wonderful gifts most of us take for granted. Eyes are one of the most important parts of the body.
Eyes need regular care to keep them healthy and beautiful. Proper eye care and exercises for tired eyes are very much recommended for keeping your eyes healthy and stress free.
Eye exercises help to improve the stability of the eye by coordinating and strengthening the eye muscles. Eye exercises also improve the power of the eye.
 
Eye Care Tips:
    ·         Wash the eyes in regularly. Splashing cold water to your eyes.
    ·         Eat foods rich in Vitamin A, vitamins C and E, zinc that are essential for healthy eyes. Include lots of spinach, melons, eggs, carrots, papaya, and mangoes in your daily diet. 
    ·         Drink 10-12 glasses of water daily.
    ·         To clean your eyes, milk is a natural cleanser; take milk on the cotton ball for cleaning eyes.
    ·         Apply a mixture of olive oil with glycerin to make the eyebrows and eyelashes thick and attractive. 
   ·  To relax your eyes and preventing dark circles or wrinkles can put a slices of cucumber and potato on your eyes for 10 minutes.
      · Choose an eye shadow according to the color and shape of your eyes. For large eyes, choose a darker shade while for small eyes choose lighter to medium shade. For small eyes, do not use much shadow.
      · Eyeliners outline the eyes. They should be applied softly.

Beauty at Its best!!!!


We generally link Beauty to a beautiful lady or a sexy damsel. But it’s not always true. Many people say that beauty lies in our inner self. Just having a beautiful face or a very slim figure won’t categorize you as Beautiful.
Now, let’s discuss some issues which will help us look beautiful.


  First you need to start getting up early in the morning. Walking or jogging for 1 hour will charge your body. If not possible for 1 hour you can do a brisk walking for 20-25 minutes. It will at least refresh you .
Second, have some fresh fruit juice or Oats for Breakfast. One glass of Pure Milk is also a good option. Remember it should be skimmed!!! Then, Lunch should contain necessary ingredients like bread, cereals, vegetables, eggs etc.
Dinner should be the least heavy of all. Avoid eating Rice and chocolates after noon. You can have vegetable salads, Brown bread and some Nuts will do. Last but not the least…..drink 3-4 liters of water every day. Water helps reflux the toxins from the body and thus help purify the body from toxins.
Looking beautiful from face is not considered as real Beauty. You should feel it from bottom of your heart. Your mind should be Healthy as your Physique. Proper food and regular exercise will help achieve it.
