Benefits Of Orange Juice



Orange is one of the most important fruit which is very helpful for the wear and tear of the body. They are rich in Vitamin C and this vitamin is essential for the healing of wounds, protecting the skin and keeps the overall body healthy.  There are also fibers in the orange which helps to prevent the disorders such as diabetes and helps to control high blood pressure.
Orange contains the nutrients such as Vitamin A which is required for the eyes, Vitamin B for the cell metabolism, Vitamin C which is good for wear and tear of body, Potassium, Calcium and Phosphorous. 

The other benefits of the Orange Juice are as follows:

·         The calcium in the orange helps to maintain the teeth and bones.
·         Vitamin B6 helps to circulate the oxygen in the blood and helps production of hemoglobin.
·         Vitamin C in the oranges helps to reduce the hardening of arteries.
·         Liminoid in the oranges helps to fight Cancer.
·         Folic acid in helps to develop brain.
·         The antioxidants found in the oranges helps to fight with the cholesterol.
·         It is also effective to the digestive system and avoids stomach ulcers.
·         This also maintains the skin from infection and prevents kidney stone.
In this way intake of orange and orange juices in the diet is very essential and everyone should be habitual by taking this.  Thus it helps to maintain all the body systems and nourishes our body.
