Obesity


Obesity is one of the dangerous health problems found on earth. This case is found due to irregular saturation of fats in the body and it’s at high risk. This creates a great issue and your daily lifestyle is disturbed.
Obesity is only not found in adults but due to irregular food it has been also found in children now days. Fat is needed to the body but this fat when gets exceeded it becomes a reason for obesity. Due to obesity your may have chronic diseases. The diseases such as diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure, fatty liver diseases, fertility etc.

Normal causes for this are as follows:
·         Deposition of fats in very high rates.
·         Lack of exercise.
·         Excessive increase in weight.
·         Intake of heavy medications.
These all can be causes of the obesity but there is also prevention before you get into these.

Treating Obesity:
·         You may have intake of foods with less fats and calories.
·         Do regular exercise and don’t miss it.
·         You may also consult the physician in case if you are doubt about the reason for getting fat.
·         There are online medications available which will help you to reduce the fats.
·         Maintain you health by eating enough intake of fruits, proteins and minerals.
In this way you can maintain your health and take care yourself from getting obese. Prevention is better than cure so prevent it before you go through critical condition.

Smoking – Damage To Healthiness


Smoking has become a fashion in today’s world. It is most common in youngsters. Though you like smoking too much there are adverse effects that you may be suffering ahead. It causes such diseases in your body that you will never know that this was due to smoking. Here you will come to the facts that are damaging your health and causing severe diseases and disorders.


Cigarettes contain tobacco which a number of toxic substance and chemical compounds. One of the known is the tar which contains nicotine. Nicotine helps increase the cholesterol in the body and carbon monoxide which are needed to the body. They decrease the amount of oxygen coming in the body. And as the oxygen decreases the blood flow to the heart is affected resulting to the heart attacks, strokes, miscarriages etc. You may also lead to other long term diseases such as Cancer, cardiovascular diseases, pulmonary diseases etc.

Besides these here are some other effects of smoking on your body:
·         You may get stokes or heart attacks due to the chemicals present I the body. Then damage the lining of the blood vessels.
·         You may get a taste of acid in the mouth and you may suffer from ulcer.
·         Your oral health that’s your gums and teeth might be affected.
·         Sexual problems get arouse due to these diseases.
·         High blood pressure can be an affect due to smoking.
·         In the worst case you may have the problem of tuberculosis, chest infection, asthma, stroke, heart attacks etc.
·         Smoking during pregnancy 'o' passive smoking may lead the child with less weight or miscarriage or the baby may suffer from asthma is lower age.
Smoking badly affects the body and other people around you and so it is a need to stop smoking and you may also have now some medications consulted by the doctor to avoid smoking.
Remember smokers never grow old, they die at young age.

Causes, Prevention and Treatments of stroke:

 The following are the causes of stroke:
 The causes of the heart attack and stroke are the same. But stroke is more severe than heart attack.

1. Unhealthy diet
Diet should be healthy. There should not be more fats in the diet. Diet should consist of the fruits, and more nutrients. This causes high blood pressure making your heart work harder to pump blood.

2. Smoking
Smoking is never good to health. It has toxic substances which lead to damaging the blood vessels.

3. Excessive drinking:
Excessive intake of alcohol is dangerous to health. It raises the fats which increases cholesterol and then blockage.

4. Diabetes:
People who suffer from diabetes always tend to have a heart disease and high blood pressure which damages blood vessels. This leads to stroke.

5. Obesity:
This has been the worst factor causing the disease. Obesity leads to the excess of fats and cholesterol in the body which easily leads to the heat attack and stroke.

Prevention:

Prevention and the treatment to cure the stroke is too much of importance because if it is not taken care then it will lead the person to death.
